A small, independent country of witches ruled over by the Witch Queen. It sits in a neutral area west of the border between the Clover and Diamond Kingdoms. The entire population consists of women with special types of magic, like curses and familiars. These women are not allowed to live outside of the forest, and those that choose to are considered fugitives. Men and other non-witches are forbidden from entering the forest. A great stone wall encircles the central part of the forest.

The undersea city has several stone, tiered structures with the temple proper dominating the landscape. The city is also illuminated by unknown means and has multiple flying bubbles of water that float around the structures. The city is protected by a series of extremely strong currents and a magical water barrier. However, the currents weaken during the full moon. Within the main temple is a maze of tunnels leading to a number of different landscapes: a solutional cave, a sand garden, a mangrove forest, and others.

A large concentration of mana deep underground keeps the volcano constantly erupting. The high temperature, together with the uncontrolled atmospheric mana, also makes the surrounding air difficult to breathe, giving the sensation that the throat and chest are burning. Because of this, spells like Mana Skin are needed to explore the region. At night, the volcano stops erupting and the lava recedes. Heated water then bubbles out of the volcanic vent, turning the crater into a large hot spring.
